It is too early to rant but i have to coz this has been too annoying already! Our neighbor just turned on the radio so loud that it woke me up so early everyday! They have this freakin' speaker put up out side their salon! I dont know about my other neighbors have to say about it. This has been annoying for around 2 weeks already. I don't know what to do! It seems that they won't listen! I already asked somebody if they could turn the volume lower but they just did it for like 30minutes and turned it up again. They can put it up inside their salon! For crying out loud! I am so pissed right now!
